Booktopia set to list on ASX in October

Online bookstore Booktopia is planning to list on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) at the end of October, with a proposed initial public offering of $150m.
As previously reported by Books+Publishing, in March investment banks Ord Minnett and Morgans were appointed lead advisers for the IPO with Investec as financial adviser.
Former Mars Food Australia chief executive Margaret Haseltine has also joined Booktopia’s board as a non-executive director.
