Booktopia shortlisted for online retail awards

Online bookseller Booktopia has been shortlisted for the 2021 Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAs).

Booktopia is a finalist in the Best Pureplay Retailer category for ‘online-only retailers who demonstrate best practice in merchandising, service, functionality and customer experience’, up against Appliances Online, Lovehoney, The Iconic, The Sheet Society and Tinyme.

The bookseller is also up for the Technology Champion award, which recognises ‘the best overall, multi-channel site design and integration from an aesthetic, usability and technology perspective, with specific focus on conversion optimisation features to improve shopability and the path to purchase’.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in Sydney on 22 July. See the full list of finalists in all categories here.
