Kitty is a little girl who believes she can be anything she dreams, even a cat. She believes it so much that she invites herself to live with a houseful of cats. Her rich imagination taps into a time when you believe anything is possible.
I can really relate to Kitty’s passion. When I was her age I loved animals so much that I had four mice, two guinea pigs, a rabbit, a cat and a dog. But my animal menagerie was not yet complete. I really wanted a horse! My desire to get a horse caused me to become one. I cantered around the house tossing my head and mane about so freely I’m surprised I didn’t end up with cricks in my neck. I neighed whenever anyone called my name. I set up jumps in the garden for my enthusiastic (or long suffering) dog to jump over. I must have been convincing because three years later my parents allowed me to have a pony of my own.
Kitty and I are kindred spirits. We have the conviction to embody a form we believe best suits us and by doing so the most unexpected and fabulous adventures await. Kitty’s mad cap feline family embody genuine warmth, love and loyalty and who wouldn’t want to live amongst that? I know I do!
