Cengage Learning’s Higher Education & VPG divisions price review x

MUP Sales & Distribution moves to Random House x

The Sales & Distribution of Melbourne University Publishing is moving from Pan Macmillan to Random House Australia from 1 August 2012. The former distributor, MDS, will accept authorised returns provided they are accompanied with the correct RA and receipted into their warehouse no later than 21 September 2012. For all queries regarding return of books invoiced by MDS please contact customer service on 1300-135-113. Random House Australia will sell and take orders for August new releases and start accepting orders for all other titles from the 1 August handover date.


Cambridge University Press announces dedicated Trade Sales Representative x

Cambridge University Press has recently reviewed its trade sales strategy and has decided to service the trade channel directly, appointing a dedicated Trade Sales Representative.  As a result, New South Books will no longer act as Cambridge’s Commissioning Agent, effective 1 May 2012.  Cambridge would like to thank New South Books for their support and dedication over the past three years.
