John Wiley and Sons - Agency Transfer x

Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing USA announces the purchase of assets from John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
 
Effective March 5, 2013 HMH will become the publisher of record for select John Wiley & Sons product, including assets of John Wiley & Sons’ culinary collection, the Webster’s New World Dictionary and the Cliffs Notes Programmes.   The distributor of these lists throughout Australia and New Zealand will be Peribo Pty Limited.  
 
Wiley Australia will cease distribution on 22 February 2013.   Peribo will commence distribution on 7 March and will shortly have complete lists of the titles involved for distribution to the trade.  Peribo will not accept returns of titles supplied by Wiley (see below).
