Please note that orders for July new titles should be placed with MDS. July backorders will be transferred to ADS in time to supply with the ADS July new releases.
All distribution for Pan Macmillan, its full sales agencies and Macquarie will commence from ADS on 1st July.
There will be no interruption to returnability under Pan’s trading terms, but please note the dates for contacting MDS or ADS for authorisation and for sending back authorised stock:
MDS will issue return authorisations for Pan Macmillan, its full sales agencies and Macquarie until 14th June. From 15th June, please refer to ADS for return authorisation. If a book is within Pan’s trading terms, ADS will issue a returns authorisation regardless of whether it was invoiced by them.
Stock of authorised returns will be accepted by MDS until COB 21st June. From 22nd June please send any authorised returns to ADS.
