Due to an unintentional misrepresentation in the book, Hardie Grant Publishing is recalling copies of Sharks Never Sleep (ISBN 9781743792445, due in-store on 09/11/2016).
Please withdraw this edition from sale and send the title page including the ISBN (within 30 days of the invoice date) via Australia Post to:

Harper Entertainment Distribution Services (HEDS) is pleased to advise the following changes to help our customers in the lead up to Christmas.
- The minimum order value will be reduced to $100 (excluding GST) from Monday 28 November to Friday 30 December inclusive for all Australian and New Zealand customers.
- Orders received by HEDS prior to 3pm (AEDT) Monday to Friday will be despatched the next business day.
- Our Customer Service department will be open from 6.30am (AEDT) to 5.30pm (AEDT) from Monday 28 November to Thursday 22 December inclusive.
- Customer Service, Credit and Warehouse Operations will be open from Monday to Friday throughout the Christmas and New Year period except for Friday 23, Monday 26, Tuesday 27 December 2016 and Monday 2 January 2017.
HEDS implemented a second picking shift on 3 October and will continue with this arrangement through to 22 December. This shift will ensure we maintain the highest level of service leading into Christmas.
HEDS would also like to advise this year’s cut off dates for delivery to customers’ stores by no later than 23 December.
