Michael Mosley to release ‘The Clever Gut Diet’ book in June x

Simon & Schuster Australia will publish Dr Michael Mosley’s new book The Clever Gut Diet in June.

His previous books, No. 1 bestseller The 8 Week Blood Sugar Diet and The 8 Week Blood Sugar Diet Recipe Book have sold over 138,000 copies in Australia and New Zealand since January last year.

Dr Mosley’s new book is a practical guide for anyone who wants to improve their mood, metabolism, weight and immune system. Including recipes and based on the latest scientific research, The Clever Gut Diet demonstrates why the gut is as important as our brain and heart, and why looking after it is so important to overall health and happiness.

Mosley will tour Australia and New Zealand on the book’s publication.

Online magazine ‘The Peninsula Star’ seeks books for review x

Former Random House marketing director Alan Davidson is the editor of The Peninsula Star, a new online magazine and website with news and features as well as book reviews and interviews.

The Peninsula Star is seeking new release information and review copies of books for its reviews section. All books received go directly to the reviewer, and publicity in the magazine supports local Mornington Peninsula booksellers.
