Phoenix International is seeking an experienced and accomplished Sales and Inventory Controller to support the continued growth of our Asia Pacific business. Phoenix International is a global publisher of licensed and novelty children’s books, representing leading brands including Disney, Nickelodeon, the BBC, Mattel, Hit Entertainment, and more. Our Sydney-based team works closely with our US head office and plays a key role in driving regional performance.

As we continue to expand and develop new sales channels across Australasia, we are looking for an additional team member to provide hands-on sales support and manage inventory requirements across key markets.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales and Inventory Controller will support day-to-day commercial activities. This includes preparing sales reports and forecasts, analysing sales performance, supporting customer presentations, coordinating product information, pricing, and availability, and ensuring accurate and timely data to support decision-making. The role will also be responsible for managing stock levels across a broad range of sales channels, balancing availability with efficient inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales support within the publishing industry and experience working across a variety of retail and online sales channels. Managing metadata, and working with sales systems and reporting tools will be highly regarded.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving marketplace.
