Login limitations

You have been directed to this page because multiple users may be using your email and password to log in to the Books+Publishing website.

Books+Publishing subscriptions come with a specific number of user logins according to the subscription package you signed up for. For example, single-user subscriptions come with one user login and are intended to allow only one person to log in to the website.

Access for each user has recently been limited to prevent people from sharing logins.

New limitations on logins

Every subscriber’s login is restricted in two ways:

  1. Subscribers can only log in to one browser or device at a time. Once a subscriber logs in to the Books+Publishing website, all other browser sessions—where the subscriber has previously logged in—are then logged out.
  2. Subscribers may log in to five different devices or browsers in a 24-hour period. This allows subscribers to log in using different browsers on their PCs, laptops, tablets or smartphones. But the first rule still applies: log in on one device and the other device will be logged out.

Increase the amount of user logins with a multi-user subscription

If you require simultaneous access for multiple people in your company, consider purchasing a multi-user subscription. This gives each person their own login for the website.

Multi-user subscription packages come in groups of: 2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 150 and 200.

Multi-user subscriptions can be purchased on the subscriptions page.
