Simon & Schuster staff changes

Simon & Schuster Australia (S&S) has reorganised its Australia and New Zealand sales team, with Elissa Baillie moving into a wider role and Keiran Rogers departing the organisation.

From today (9 February 2026), Baillie steps into the role of sales director, taking responsibility for the sales division across Australia and New Zealand, including client publishing.

“Elissa has been with Simon & Schuster Australia for over 12 years and has been integral in building sales strategy and is ideally placed to take on this wider role,” said S&S. “As we move into 2026, Elissa’s leadership and commercial expertise will be central to achieving our business goals.”

Rogers left the company on 6 February, stepping down from the sales & distribution client director role.

S&S managing director Jane Curry said, “Keiran’s publishing and sales acumen was a key part of the success of Affirm Press and their subsequent acquisition by S&S. I wish him the very best in his future endeavours.”

For a decade, Rogers was co-owner and sales and finance director of Affirm Press. Prior to this, he had worked in sales leadership positions at Hardie Grant and Hinkler. Rogers joined S&S after the 2024 acquisition of Affirm Press by S&S.
