Apollo Bay WORDfest 2026 line-up announced

The Apollo Bay WORDfest has released the program for its 2026 festival, to be held in the Victorian coastal town from Friday 24 July to Sunday 26 July.

Authors scheduled to appear include Hannah Kent, Gina Chick, Robbie Arnott, Rhett Davis, Sofie Laguna, Toni Jordan, Mark Mupotsa-Russell, Christian White, Louise Milligan and JP Pomare.

Children’s author Andrea Rowe will be the main contributor to the festival’s Wordplay Kid’s Day.

WORDfest director Kate Bourne said, “As we grow WORDfest every year, we seem to be able to lure the best of the best, it’s a real treat for Apollo Bay and all of the avid and passionate readers who attend WORDfest.”
