Bestsellers this week

After its debut in 20th spot last week, Liz Byrski’s latest novel The Woman Next Door (Macmillan) has risen quickly up the charts in its first week of release, entering this week’s top 10 to take fifth spot and claiming top spot on the fastest movers chart. The other new entry in the top 10 is last week’s second-fastest mover Minecraft: The Survivors’ Book of Secrets (Egmont), occupying eighth spot in an otherwise largely stagnant top 10 that sees the all-conquering Jojo Moyes extend her reign with After You (Michael Joseph) and Me Before You film tie-in (Michael Joseph) in first and second spots, respectively. The dominance of the same few titles is reflected in the top five fastest movers, all of which are also sitting in the overall top 10 chart. This week’s highest new entries are dominated by nonfiction, with US YouTube personalities and comedians Kian Lawley and J C Caylen debuting highest with Kian and Jc: Don’t Try This at Home!
