HarperCollins finalises Thomas Nelson acquisition

HarperCollins has announced that it has finalised its acquisition of US-based publisher Thomas Nelson. HarperCollins first announced its intention to acquire the publisher, which produces Christian books, videos and digital applications, in late 2011.
