Random House US to launch three new digital-only imprints

In the US, Random House plans to launch three new digital-only imprints, reports Publishers Weekly. Alibi will be a mystery-thriller list, Flirt will be a Young Adult list and Hydra will be a science-fiction imprint. ‘Gina Centrello, president and publisher of the Random House Publishing Group, said the new imprints will each have a dedicated support team for editorial, marketing and publicity,’ reports PW, adding that the publisher’s Loveswept imprint, which was relaunched as a digital-only imprint in 2011, ‘will expand its list to include works in popular mystery/thriller, new adult and science-fiction/fantasy genres’.
