Fernandez promoted at HarperCollins

Rochelle Fernandez, previously digital editor at HarperCollins, has been promoted to the role of commissioning editor for HarperVoyager. Fernandez, who replaces former commissioning editor Deonie Fiford, will also manage a new digital-first imprint called Impulse. (See news.)
