DOJ revises Apple injunction proposal in ebook pricing case

The US Department of Justice (DOJ) has revised its proposal for injunctive relief against Apple in its ebook pricing case against the retailer, adopting Judge Denise Cote’s suggestion that Apple and the publisher defendants in the case be able to renegotiate ebook contracts on a staggered basis, reports Publishers Weekly....
