RiP Charlotte Zolotow

US children’s book author and editor Charlotte Zolotow has died, aged 98. Zolotow was the author of more than 70 illustrated children’s books, beginning with The Park Book (HarperCollins) in 1944. Some of her best-known books include Mr. Rabbit and the Lovely Present (various imprints), My Grandson Lew (HarperCollins) and William’s Doll (HarperCollins)....
