The ABA said it received ‘thousands of votes’ for its second annual National Bookshop Day poll. ‘From picture books to young adult titles, the list reflects what is great and important about getting kids engaged with books and their imaginations,’ said ABA CEO Joel Becker. ‘It was also terrific to see so many Australian titles on this truly global list—representing about forty percent of the list.’
