HarperCollins announces weekly podcast program

HarperCollins has announced a weekly podcast program called ‘HarperCollins Presents’, featuring conversations with its authors. The global podcast program ‘promises new perspectives on the world of books, culture and arts,’ said the publisher in a statement. Episodes feature Australian author Garth Nix and international authors David Baddiel, Wilbur Smith, Veronica Roth, Patricia Cornwell, Bernard Cornwell, David Cronenberg and Alexander McCall Smith. HarperCollins UK group director of strategy and digital Nick Perrett said: ‘HarperCollins is a global company with global authors benefiting from a global direct-to-consumer approach—and HarperCollins Presents is a great addition to our strategy.’ HarperCollins Presents is available on SoundCloud here and iTunes here.
