‘The Lifted Brow’ appoints new print editors

Melbourne-based publisher and literary magazine The Lifted Brow (TLB) has appointed three new editors for its flagship print magazine.

Jointly editing TLB in 2015 will be founding editor of TLB’s ‘Middlebrow’ arts and culture section Ellena Savage, TLB deputy editor Stephanie Van Schilt and nonfiction contributor Gillian Terzis.

Savage, Van Schilt and Terziz will replace Sam Cooney, who is standing aside as editor of the print magazine to work on ‘the publishing and business side of things for TLB, plus a couple of special editorial projects’.

As previously reported by Books+Publishing, TLB is currently on a ‘print hiatus’ as it redesigns its print magazine, with the next print edition to publish in March 2015. It also has plans to partner with US publisher McSweeney’s.
