Oz, NZ festival of literature and arts program announced

The full line-up and program for the 2015 Australian and New Zealand Festival of Literature and Arts in London has been announced.

As previously reported by Books+Publishing, Kate Grenville, Steve Toltz, Alan Duff, Howard Jacobson, Omar Musa, Dylan Horrocks, Tony Birch, Tara Jane Winch and Pat Lowe will speak at the festival, to be held at King’s College from 28-31 May.

They will be joined by DBC Pierre, Ruth Padel, AC Grayling, Li Cunxin, Vincent O’Sullivan and Melissa Lucashenko, among others. More than 40 events will run in London from 17-31 May, covering themes including nature and the environment, arts and science, travel and adventure, radicalisation and national identiy, migration, globalisation, sport and the two World Wars.

Festival partners include Women on Boards UK, Tait Memorial Trust, the Menzies Centre, the British Museum, English PEN, Picturehouse Cinemas, Royal Observatory Greenwich and Literary Death Match.
