Bookstore owner Tanya Caunce has listed the store for sale on Gumtree with a negotiable price of $30,000, which includes furniture, fittings, website, Facebook and POS system, plus an additional cost for the store’s stock at its current value.

‘The bookstore is ideal for active hands-on owner operator(s) with a love of books, it is the perfect lifestyle business,’ said the store listing. ‘If you are prepared to take this business to the next level, there are new markets to explore and more can be done with the on-line store.’
