Farr selected for inaugural Mildura Writers Festival Residency

Australia-born, New Zealand-based author Tracy Farr has been selected for the inaugural Mildura Writers Festival Residency. Farr, whose debut novel The Life and Loves of Lena Gaunt (Fremantle Press) was published in 2013, will travel to Mildura in July to research, write and conduct workshops. She will also work on a project that will ‘enhance the regional or national cultural landscape’. The Mildura Writers Festival celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
