‘ABR’, Burdekin writers’ festival receive Arts Queensland funding

The Australian Book Review (ABR) and the Burdekin Readers and Writers Festival are among the recipients of Arts Queensland’s latest round of Projects and Programs funding.
ABR, which is based in Melbourne, received $15,000 to commission, publish and promote new Queensland writing in its publication.
The Burdekin Readers and Writers Association in North Queensland received $5000 for its Ignite Your Mind Burdekin Readers and Writers Festival, which will hold its inaugural event on 17-18 July.
