Penguin Random House: Sale or Return Backlist

From 1 March, 2016, backlist terms for Penguin and its sales agencies are changing to Sale or Return, 0-12 months from invoice date. The change moves Penguin backlist terms into line with existing Random House returns terms on backlist and will apply to stock purchased during the 12 months prior.
