‘The Book Club’ moves to weekly timeslot

ABC TV’s The Book Club will return in May as a weekly show screening over 13 weeks at 10pm on Tuesday evenings.

The show, now in its 10th year, will continue to be hosted by Jennifer Byrne, alongside Marieke Hardy and Jason Stefer. Guests will include Michael Williams, Michael Robotham, Leigh Sales, Adam Liaw, Virginia Gay and Ben Law.

The season will begin with a special episode ‘Jennifer Byrne Presents: Andy Griffiths’ on 17 May.

A new weekly short-form program Bookish, exploring ‘all aspects of books, writing and the world of publishing’, will also screen on ABC Arts on iview before May.
