‘SRB’ to offer Emerging Critics Fellowships

The Sydney Review of Books (SRB) is offering three fellowships to emerging Australian critics.

The inaugural CA-SRB Emerging Critics Fellowships, which are supported by the Copyright Agency’s Cultural Fund, will give three emerging critics the opportunity to each write three long essays for publication on the SRB website in 2016.

The successful fellows will be paid $3000 and will receive editorial support and mentorship.

SRB said in a statement that the aim of the fellowships is ‘to foster adventurous, intelligent and original new critical voices’.
