‘Library Journal’ publishes 2016 ‘Movers and Shakers’ list

In the US, Library Journal has released this year’s ‘Movers and Shakers’ list of influential library professionals. The 2016 list, which is available online here, recognises individuals who ‘are passionate about what all types of libraries can do to enhance lives—for adults, teens, schoolchildren, infants and toddlers’. This year’s list features 50 library professionals, divided into six categories: advocates, change agents, community builders, educators, innovators and tech leaders.
