Library opens at Abu Dhabi airport

A library has opened at Abu Dhabi International Airport as part of a nationwide reading campaign, reports the UAE National. The library, located in the link between terminals one and three, will offer passengers a range of multilingual books. ‘Abu Dhabi Airports is playing its part in promoting a culture of reading, knowledge transfer and education, and we hope that our passengers will make great use of this facility,’ said Abu Dhabi Airports chairman Ali Al Mansoori. Abu Dhabi Airports has also launched several initiatives to promote reading among its staff, including the distribution of free books to all employees, and book displays in the company’s headquarters.
