Irish librarian receives suspended sentence over rare book theft

A former librarian who stole hundreds of rare books from the National Library of Ireland in Dublin has received a suspended sentence, reports Independent.ie. John Nulty pled guilty to having compulsively taken books from the library between 2004 and 2013 that were worth almost €200,000 (A$295,000) and hoarded them in his home....
