Leading Edge to hold 2017 conference in Surfers Paradise

Leading Edge Books will host its 2017 annual conference at the Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa on 19-21 March.

The conference program features an informal lunch and afternoon sessions on Sunday 19 March, a trade show and Leading Edge Awards dinner on Monday 20 March, and more sessions on Tuesday 21 March.

Leading Edge said the conference will include a focus on ‘members sharing their best business practice, exchanging ideas and learning from each other’, as well as presentations to support small business, discussions on Leading Edge and industry issues, key supplier sessions and author presentations. The theme will be ‘share our stories’.

As previously reported by Books+Publishing, Leading Edge Books will host the conference as a standalone event after partnering with the Australian Booksellers Association (ABA) for the past four years. The ABA will host its 2017 conference and trade exhibition at the InterContinental Melbourne on 18-19 June.
