Transportation Press announces international microfiction competition

Tasmanian publisher Transportation Press has launched an international microfiction competition, with a collection of winning and highly commended stories to be published later in the year.

The competition, which is sponsored by Fullers Bookshop, is open to writers from around the world for microfiction of up to 320 words.

The winner will receive $400 and two runners up will receive $200 dollars each. The winning story and a number of highly commended stories will be published electronically and with a small print run later in the year.
