BWF releases 2017 schools program

The Brisbane Writers Festival (BWF) has released its 2017 Word Play program, designed for students from prep to year 12.
The Word Play program, which runs from 6-8 September, features Australian authors and illustrators Anna Fienberg, Garth Nix, Jackie French, James Foley, James Moloney, Leigh Hobbs, Mark Smith, Peter Carnavas, Randa Abdel-Fattah, Steven Herrick, Wai Chim and Wendy Orr.
For the first time, Word Play will also present Professional Development sessions for teachers featuring a selection of authors and illustrators.
