Wilkins Farago has acquired world English rights to Bureau of Weights and Measures (Anne-Gaelle Balpe, illus by Vincent Mahé) from Editions Milan; and world English rights to The Pink Suitcase (Susie Morgenstern, illus by Serge Bloch) from Gallimard Jeunesse.
