Hardie Grant to distribute new cookbook series by Noma chef René Redzepi

Hardie Grant has signed a deal with US publisher Artisan for Australian distribution of a new three-book series by the founder and head chef of Copenhagen restaurant Noma, René Redzepi.

The ‘Foundations of Flavour’ series has been conceived by Redzepi and his team to ‘share their knowledge and techniques with home cooks’. The first book in the series, Foundations of Flavour: The Noma Guide to Fermentation, will be published in October 2018.

Artisan publisher and editorial director Lia Ronnen said: ‘The work that René and his team are doing to create new flavors—beginning with fermentation—is singular. Simply put, making Noma’s ideas and techniques available through these new books will change the world’s approach to cooking.’
