ABDA launches new survey for book designers

The Australian Book Designers Association (ABDA) has launched a new survey to measure the health of the local book-design industry and generate data around the issues that book designers face.

Developed over almost three years, the Australian Book Designers Survey 2018 seeks to find better ways for book designers and publishers to work together, and asks whether there’s more that ABDA can do to support book designers.

ADBA will publish the results in a white paper in March, which will offer recommendations to both publishers and designers on industry best practice.

The survey is open to all book designers, and participants can take the survey here, from now until 28 February.
