RiP Ernest Hecht

Founder and publisher of British publisher Souvenir Press Ernest Hecht has died, aged 88. As a child, Hecht arrived in England on the Kindertransport before the Second World War, as one of the first refugees from Moravia in Czechoslovakia. In 1951, he founded Souvenir Press.
