ASA masterclasses

The Australian Society of Authors (ASA) is running a number of writing masterclasses.
- The Next Draft, on drafting fiction manuscripts with Melanie Ostell
(Four classes from 12pm-2pm each Friday on 20 and 27 July, and 3 and 10 August) Cost: $350 - Writing Your Way to the End, about plotting momentum and redrafting with Kathryn Heyman
(10am – 4pm, 6 October) Cost: $295 members/ $460 non-members - Creating Picture Books, with children’s book illustrator Craig Smith and publisher Erica Wagner (10am – 4pm, 25 August) Cost: $295 members / $460 non-members
- Writing Crime Fiction, an Introduction with Garry Disher (limited spaces left) (10am-4pm, 14 July) Cost $185 members / $275 non-members.
