PANZ Book Design Awards entries open

Publishers Association of NZ (PANZ) has announced it has opened entries for the 2019 Book Design Awards.

All entry forms and criteria are also available on the website. Entries close Friday 19 April 2019.

The shortlist will be announced on Tuesday, 11 June 2019 and the winners revealed at an awards ceremony in Auckland on Thursday 25 July 2019.  There will be a workshop for designers held on the morning after the awards ceremony.

PANZ asks that publishers forward the details on to their freelance designers who may be eligible for the 2019 Young Designer of the Year Award. The winning Young Designer receives a prize of $1000. There will be an opportunity to cast a vote for a favourite design at the awards ceremony in the People’s Choice Award.
