Croggon, Tuomy, Nou join advisory group for Victorian creative industries

Writer and critic Alison Croggon, spoken word poet and author Abe Nouk, and screenwriter, director and producer Fiona Tuomy are among the 20 Victorians who have been appointed to a new advisory group to contribute to the state government’s creative industries strategy from 2020.

The advisory group will help develop Victoria’s creative industries strategy for the next four years, and follows the $115-million Creative State strategy, launched in 2016, which was steered by an advisory taskforce chaired by former Melbourne University Publishing CEO Louise Adler.

The new group of 20 spans a range of creative industries and disciplines. To see the full list of appointees, see the Creative Victoria website.
