Black Inc. sells ‘See What You Made Me Do’ to US in auction

Black Inc. has sold North American rights to Jess Hill’s nonfiction book See What You Made Me Do to Sourcebooks in a two-house auction.

Released in Australia last month, See What You Made Me Do is journalist Jess Hill’s investigation into domestic abuse and the justice system in Australia.

Black Inc. international director Sophy Williams said: ‘We are so excited to be working with Meg Gibbons at Sourcebooks on the US edition of See What You Made Me Do. Sourcebooks has shown incredible growth over the last few years and is one of the USA’s leading independent publishers.’

Sourcebooks is planning to publish in October 2020 to coincide with National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
