Editors Victoria dinner meeting on book design

Editors Victoria is running a branch dinner meeting with Pooja Desai, discussing contemporary book design.
Desai is the design manager for Hardie Grant Egmont, and her design for the Pups series won the Australian Book Designers Association’s 2019 Jacky Winter Group award for the best designed children’s and young adult series. She also designs for a number of NGOs, including the Footscray Community Arts Centre, Road to Refuge and Human Rights and Arts Film Festival. Note: access is only via a narrow, steep staircase.
