Production coordinator, Melbourne

Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) is an international, independent, not-for-profit educational research and development organisation with approximately 450 staff across Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
We are seeking a production coordinator to manage the print production of ACER printed materials and effectively execute production schedules.
In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the production of ACER’s printed materials at competitive prices and maintaining print budgets and for processing a wide range of books, tests, reports and other resources through production, to ensure that quality publications are produced on time, within budget and to a high quality.
Our ideal candidate will hold a post-graduate qualification in a relevant field or have equivalent extensive experience in book and secure test production together with excellent computer skills.
You are an organised professional who can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
You will have strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
