The winners of the 2022 Woollahra Digital Literary Awards have been announced.
The winners in each category are:
Fiction ($2500)
- ‘The Golden Bracelet’ (Deniz Agraz, Meniscus Literary Journal)
Nonfiction ($2500)
- ‘Not Your Miss or Madame: A three-act meditation on love, opera and friendship’ (Lucia Tường Vy Nguyễn & Reina Brigette Takeuchi, Going Down Swinging)
Poetry ($1000)
- ‘A Poem To My Mother That She Will Never Read’ (Caroline Reid, Mslexia)
Digital innovation ($1500)
- ‘Stand Up’ (Rae White, Backslash Lit)
Reader’s Choice Award ($250)
- ‘By Signalling Nothing I Remain Opaque’ (Cher Tan, disorganising).
Judges Julie Janson, Vanessa Berry, Ali Whitelock and Brett Osmond selected the winning pieces from shortlists announced earlier this month.
