We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Rights and Contracts Manager to join University of Queensland Press (UQP).

This is a key position that is responsible for securing international and subsidiary rights throughout the world and managing author contracts. The position is also responsible for the management of permission requests and royalty payments with the support of a passionate team of publishing professionals. The role reports to the Director.

UQP is one of Australia’s oldest and most respected publishing houses, and won the ABIA Small Publisher of the Year award in 2021 and 2022.

This position is based in Brisbane, Queensland. A remote working arrangement (interstate) may be considered in extenuating circumstances and will require further Executive approval.
