Melbourne University Publishing is seeking an experienced publicist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing and as part of a small but fun team, you will work closely with authors, media outlets, organisations and book festivals to promote MUP titles.

Our offices are located on the thriving University of Melbourne campus and we offer a flexible work arrangement. A remote arrangement for Sydney-based incumbents can be considered.

MUP publishes books in fields aligned with the University’s academic strengths, as well as academic works accessible to a diverse, non-academic audience.

After hours and weekend work is occasionally required as is the need to travel to writers festivals around Australia.
