We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and energized Sales Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career! Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager within our Trade team, the Sales Coordinator/Sales Account Executive is a hybrid position that will provide administrative support to the sales team as well as take ownership of a territory, driving the sale of Wiley products and building strong working relationships to achieve revenue goals.

How you will make an impact:

  • Handle competing priorities, develop and maintain accurate data and successfully resolve sales queries
  • Work collaboratively within our cross-functional environment and support a high-performing sales team
  • Have a high attention to detail attending to sales administration tasks
  • Liaise with customers on inbound sales enquiries
  • Communicate with established special sales accounts to maintain relations and drive repeat and new business
  • Ensure sales targets are met by managing existing accounts and securing new opportunities

  • Skilled with the use of technology and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent problem-solving abilities.

  • High-level planning and organisational skills to manage sales and administration responsibilities.
  • Ability to foster strong relationships both internally and externally.
