We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and energized Inside Sales Account Executive to join our talented Higher Education Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Sales, we are seeking a strong sales professional to partner closely with universities nationally to promote our technology enabled resources.

How you will make an impact:

  • Partner with academics to provide resource solutions that meet their needs and the needs of their students
  • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with accounts to promote the Wiley brand
  • Retain existing customers and seek new business to exceed Higher Education sales targets
  • Build a comprehensive knowledge of Wiley’s Higher Education product range
  • Track your accounts activity and progress towards targets in our CRM (Salesforce)

What we look for:

  • A true sales strategist with exceptional commercial acumen
  • Highly sophisticated understanding of customer needs and competitor offerings
  • Solution focused, with the ability to problem solve and adapt when required
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Motivation to succeed and exceed targets
  • A minimum of 1-2 years Sales experience is essential in this role
