HarperCollins Publishers is seeking a motivated and highly skilled Solutions Manager to drive business growth through the development and implementation of innovative solutions, as well as managing our external metadata and websites.

The Solutions Manager will work closely with both internal and external customers to ensure that our products and services align with customer needs. This role requires a combination of technical expertise. Project management skills and a deep understanding of or customers’ business needs.

To be successful in this role candidates should have the following experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology-related industry
• Strong knowledge of business processes and IT project delivery methodologies
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate across all levels of management
